Busy times. The cats were happy I was working from home. Yay.

I did get out for a run after work into Otari Wilton bush. I did that as Mike walked home from work. Had some tea and then off to bed.
Mike walked in this morning and I ride my pedal bike in. Went to the gym with Quentin. Squats 50kg 4 reps x 4 sets. Bench 42.5kg 3 reps x 4 sets.
Phew. Dead now.
