The Monday with WFH but dinner out with Anne

 Hi,

Ok - I can't deny the fact I have caught Mike's cold. A wee chesty cough and a croaky voice. Oh well. 

1154 with Anne and Callan

Mike felt a bit under the weather again at work so he headed home to chill and I drove in to collect Anne and Callan for a nice dinner out.

Anne was down from Auckland and possibly the last time she was visiting for work for a while. Callan joined us at the last minute so it was super good to catch up with them both.

I dropped Callan at his car and Anne at her hotel and headed home to chill with Mike. Off to bed for a pretty good sleep.

Still sick this morning. Stink! PT session with Quentin in the garage gym. Not feeling very strong. So deadlifts 60kg 6 reps x 4 sets. And back accessories.

Working from home to keep my germs here. Mike is back into town and seems fine again now.
