The Thursday with lots of work and a quiz

Hi,

Got scolded for irregular blog posting this morning.  Hahahah!  You are funny - you know who you are!  I am doing this just for you.  :-p

Work was busy yesterday (Thurs).  Toby went into a flurry of cleaning activity because we're extending our bubble today (Friday) to Tessa.  She can't study effectively at her house because her dad has decided to go all out with projects and that involves skillsaws, hammers and all manner of activity.  I think they might have a new kitchen soon!

So this morning (Friday) we hugged the first person outside our bubble in over a month.

After work yesterday we had quiz night with Janine, Daniel and Ana.  Allyson was too tired to come.  Boo!  She's really good with her answers.

We did okay though.  Mainly because we got the ponderous puzzle in the first round!  Here it is below.  I will pop the answer in at the bottom.  Have a go!

Right.  The weekend beckons.  Looms.  Whatever you call it - it is coming!  It's windy today and the weekend looks a bit patchy for weather.  We'll get out for a walk.  I think Mike and Janine will catch up for a long walk.  Janine is in her own bubble, so if she's happy having Tessa in our bubble, it'll be good.

And that is it!  No more bubble bursting!  I am a bit concerned about the amount of social activity that seems to be going on in the rest of NZ.

Sigh.

Got a few jobs for the weekend.  Clean windows on the inside.  Normal tidying activity.  Mike wants to finish the fence.  Need to clear the garage a fair bit.  We're thinking of setting up the gym there.  We'll see.

And the answer was:  Danii Minogue.

It was the "Mickey Mouse Club" part that tickled my memory.  Then I remembered "Young Talent Time" and knew at least one of the Minogues was in that.  After figuring out Kylie was probably slightly older than this description, boom!  Nailed it.
