The Wednesday that was day 14 for NZ and day 16 for us

Hi,

Well, it is Thursday before Good Friday, and we're usually about to head away for a holiday involving tramping.  So it is weird to be faced with a home staycation.

We have many projects to keep us busy at home.  So there is that.

That's a wild looking stare - but happy with Mike's supply of Lewis Road iced coffee

After work, I had drinks with Ange and Roanne and got so waylaid.  It was probably an hour or so before my commute home.  :-p

I had convinced Mike he really should do the haircut and he was so impatient he started without me.
Mike's hacking attempt at his haircut - to let him shave it all!
He was sitting on the deck hacking away at his own hair with the kitchen scissors.  With Toby looking astonished at him from inside.  And the two cats bewildered at events.  And fascinated at the clouds of fluff swirling around Mike.  They were also inside and unable to chase the balls of fluffy hair.

Tease!

He looks very happy with himself

Anyway, Mike stepped into the bathroom to shave after that and came out looking very suave.

And - finished!!!

We had dinner and enjoyed a short evening ahead of a good sleep.

Raining this morning.  Which is typical for Easter - right?

Good Friday tomorrow.  I have my PT session with Quentin in the morning.  And a run.  And many of the project tasks we have lined up.

Have a wonderful Easter.

Love,
Angela
