We had our first dragon boat session after work on Monday. At Freyberg pool. It was good fun to get back into the groove again.

Tonight is the first harbour session. And it is supposed to be a southerly, so probably a little chilly on the water. Also, my body has to remember the technique and effort needed to power the boat through 1 min 20 seconds of racing.
Mike met us at the pool and then a bunch of us (Kaustubh, Aparajita and Tere) all went to Higher Taste for a late dinner. Mmmm.
Home to bed. And up early for Spin this morning.
