Amazing - it is supposed to be cold today but the ride in was absolutely ok. A high of 9C the radio said. Don't believe them - it feels warmer than that already. Ah - google says it is 8C now and a high of 14. What does anyone know? They all make it up over here. Apparently we might get some dust today from Sydney. Heheheheh.
My cup of tea is going down a treat. It is a really good one!
Karate went well last night. Gramps took me and Toby over while Mum made dinner. Toby got his second red tab on his belt and is quite pleased with himself. They learned how to punch with the "startle" reflex last night. It certainly made me and Gramps laugh a lot watching them all.
Dinner was great - pork schnitzel strips. Toby ate and ate. He did think it was chicken though.
Toby has a play date after school today and after school tomorrow. Tomorrow is the last day of term.
Mike had tramping club night last night. He says it went well. He may be leading another trip fairly soon. And there is a trip planning night coming up. I think Mike needs to book out Paua Hut for a few weekends over summer for family trips.

I asked Toby when I got home what he had for dinner - he said chicken schnitzel and that it was yummy.
