Had a late dragon boat session (7 - 8pm) on the water. Last training of the season. Race day is this Saturday. Come and see us.
Frank Kitts park area. Our race times are below and the weather looks amazing.
9:30am, 11:00am, 12:20pm 2:00pm and a final race sometime between 2:30pm and 4:00pm depending on where we place.

Toby was back from drama camp yesterday. I didn't really see much of him. Mike got him a burger on his way home but it was so late I was already in bed.
Up early (4.30am) to walk in for my PT session. But I am a little bit wrung out. Better get amped up for Saturday between now and then, eh?
