The Thursday with working from home

 Hi,

A day working at home.  Busy times.  We work in the spare room and the cats hang around us.  Even the wee black cat as she follows the sun.  And in the early morning, this room is the sunniest spot.

The weather was lovely so we ate lunch on the deck.  Enjoying the still autumn air.

After work Mike went into a frenzy of activity.  He tried to stop the slow drip in the spouting on the deck - but the plastic cement stuff had hardened.  So we need to buy more before we can do that wee job.

But while he was there he checked the solar panels out.  They are doing well.  As Mike can attest as he is glued to the app that shows us what is happening in real time.  Hahahah.

Mike also cleaned out the range hood fan - my word there was a lot of built up grease.  Yuck.  Let's see what happens when we put it back together.

Weekend is looming.  Celia is moving house tomorrow - so we will pop in after boot camp to see if we can help with anything.  Masked up.

Weather looks good for the weekend.  Yay.

Update on Toby:  he is okay.  We chatted to him last night.  Tessa is negative and not showing any symptoms at all.  Toby has a wee cough and an earache.  But the grocery drop worked well.
