The Tuesday back at work but with Spin too

 Hi,

Busy days - but work was work and had the extra added benefit of getting away to Spin with Juliet for the hour session. Phew - it was hard work.

Mike picked up his mum just fine - she is in good heart.

Mike was kind enough to come back into town after he got home and pick me up and whisk me back. We made dinner pretty quickly (more Buddha bowls) and before we realised, it was bedtime.

I did try some of the new VSauce curiosity box things that arrived in the mail. That was fun.

Tried to convince Luke his head was not huge on our screen. I failed.

Rode in Wednesday morning - not too bad a day. Blue skies in part. A bit windy though. Busy day today. PT session in the middle of the day. Then home at lunch for some meetings.
