19.85km, 1h 22m 15s, avg 14.48 km/h, max 58.9 km/h (down the hill from crofton downs to the bottom of Wilton Bush).

That included a 12 minute slog up Old Porirua Road.

When I rode from Southbank to Camberwell I'd do that sort of distance every single day.  But they don't build Melbourne like they do Wellington!! 

Now I'm lying in bed gulping water.
