The Monday with no Mike

Hi,

Toby and I managed to get through the evening without Mike - but it was tough!  :-)

Fish with tomato pesto

I cooked tea - it was fish night.  Toby managed to eat his way through his portion and most of what Mike would have had.

The evening then disappeared - not sure where it went.  A bit of laundry saw to it, I think.

Chatted to Mike as I went to sleep - he had a good day in Auckland.  And now my day starts!
