Back at work - and it was a long day. But I did get a lunch spin in to test my legs. And... I might be coming down with a cold. But I am still in the denial phase.

Obvs Mike missed me while I was away as he carefully left a towel on my side of the bed for me to find when I got home. Shucks!

Bussed home with Mike and he cooked a great dinner. Yay! I didn't have to do anything. But we both went to bed fairly early as we're both a bit shattered.
