The Thursday with dragon boating

Hi,

Highlight of the day was catching up with Jo and Rex for a project versions BAU meeting.  At a local cafe - that Rex said had the best iced coffee he has tasted.  Big call!

Rex loved the Little Peckish iced coffee.  Declared it his favourite

And it is a good one.

Went to our last dragon boat training session of the season ahead of our big race day this Saturday.  Had a good session.  But when all I wanted to do was head home afterwards, Mike had other plans.  We ended up staying in town and meeting Toby after his drama class excursion to some acrobatic play at the St James.  And then all piled into Nandos for tea afterwards.  They do quite nice vegetarian options.

Back home via the car and into bed.  The landscapers have tamped down the ground where the bricks used to be in preparation for concrete.  I think.

We're ready for something.  Not sure what.  Concrete I think.

Yes, concrete. Honed, cut into squares and grouted. [Mike]

Big weekend coming up.  Race day tomorrow.  If you're in Wellington, come down and cheer.

Have a fantastic day.

Love,
Angela
