Happy birthday dear Mum, happy birthday to Mum!
We have a long weekend this weekend - and it's already started for Angela and Toby, as well as Kathleen and Duncan, our friends from Melbourne. I've been getting reports back as they drive up to Napier via the Wairarapa. Seems Angela was over-enthusiastic going over Rumataka Hill, and all her passengers got sick!
I've driven the wee green car in and I'm going to hurtle straight to Napier tonight. No stops except gas and BP Gourmet Pies and coffee. ("Gourmet" is a loose term when you buy a pie from a petrol station).
Toby was really restless last night - he was up and down and didn't seem sleepy. I think he's excited about his trip!
