The Thursday with spontaneous after work drinks

 Hi,

After a day at work in the office, Mike was chatting with the usual suspects at 5pm and for some reason they decided they needed to check out the new Beer & Tacos popup across from work.

Hahahah.  Mike enjoyed a beer and then some margaritas.  Callan, Chris, Sameer and Stefan all knew it was a school night though.  Yay.  :-p

We ubered home when the bus was too slow and found Toby fast asleep.  But eventually he woke up and I cooked tea for him.

I spoke to Uncle Graeme after tea - he is doing well after the unexpected passing of Aunty Dot.  His friends are giving good support and his kids are wonderful.  

Had a good sleep.  Mike was up for his brekkie date and headed into town for the day.  I am working from home.  Hoping to at least see Iona today.  If I am lucky.  She is in town for an awesome exhibition next week.

It's Friday.  What is in store?  Hopefully boot camp tomorrow morning.  Dinner with Mike's mother on Saturday.  An early night and then...  A Sunday ski trip.  I hope that pans out.
