The Wednesday with nothing

Hi,

After a long day I rode home and enjoyed it a lot.  Nice weather - I think the strong wind was from the south and helping me home.  The wall has been gibbed now so we only need the plastering and then painting and it'll be done.

The gib is gib-board plus ply.  Super strong!

Mike got home after tramping club commitments.  We both talked to Toby.  He had a great day, taking the train from Dunedin to Palmerston and spending the night at Dunback.  Lucky him!

Went to bed and slept the sleep of the dead.  Until the alarm went off.  Yep - nothing like long days at work to make you sleep.

My ride in this morning was lovely.  Still dark, but the sky was clear and the sunrise looked like it will be lovely.
