The Wednesday with tramping club

Hi,

I rode home and collected Toby and we shot back into town.  Toby chose Strawberry Fare for dinner.  So as not to interfere with the main course of dessert for dinner, we ate two entrees to pretend we had proper food, and then ate our yummy desserts!

Mike joined us and ate our dessert leftovers and we walked to the tramping club evening meeting.  This was a special treat as a woman from Vic Uni came to talk about tuataras.  They aren't lizards, you know.  Might look like them, but they are not lizards.  Reptiles, yes!  We got to touch one too.

Home and off to bed.  I was comatose!  A lovely morning here in Wellington today (Thursday).  I had a nice ride in.  The roads were partially dry, so it was a fast ride.

Have a fantastic day!  I am hoping to see a movie at the National Film Archives tonight.  The Conquest of Everest, from 1953.  Ooooooooo.  Here's hoping!
