Hi,
We managed to convince Aunty Sally that she'd like nothing better to do on a Wednesday night than look after Toby while we went out to a dinner and movie with work. And what's more, a colleague had a spare ticket so we pilfered Andrew off her to so he came to see it. We owe Sally big time for last night.
Toby had a great time with her - I can tell. He did all his homework and piano practice. He even had a bath as usual.
The three of us saw the new Star Trek movie. Andrew was underwhelmed, I thought it was very good and Mike thought it was great! Sally saw it last weekend and I think she was right - if you suspended disbelief and enjoyed the action, it was good fun.
Home via the supermarket and taxi and then Sally and Andrew drove our silver car home. We're heading up to Taranaki in that on Friday. Big plans to ride our bikes around Mt Taranaki.
